Guides youth groups in seminar tours in Poland and Spain, and gives lectures about both countries and other topics.

For fifteen years, from 2000 to 2015, he was an educator and teacher on the subjects of History, Citizenship, and Israel Heritage. He held a variety of educational positions, including School Deputy Director, Grade Head Teacher, Matriculation Coordinator, and Subject Coordinator.  

Tzion holds a BA degree in History and an MA in Business Administration.
