After many years as a banker, Kobi retired and realized his true dream: to revive the Ladino language, a Romance language derived from Old Spanish. In between his many appearances in Israel, Kobi also leads tours in Spain, Portugal, and Greece. People who follow him in tours anywhere in the world testify that journeying with Kobi is an experience in itself. Kobi Zarco holds a degree in Jewish History and is very knowledgeable in the subject of Sephardic Jewry.
